Please call Anna Wyse at the housing department to discuss the issue at (250) 740-2300.


You will need to identify the issue and supply your phone contact information.


Maintenance process:


1) Eligibility will be determined

2) An approved contractor/supplier will be contacted via Anna Wyse

3) The contractor/supplier will contact you to arrange for an appointment for the service call

4) Anna will monitor the service call to make sure the issue is resolved in a timely manner.
