CMHC Maintenance and Repair Process
Are you living in a CMHC Band home?
Are there issues that need to be fixed? (Plumbing, Electrical, Structural, Appliances)
Here is the process that you need to follow:
a. Eligibility will be determined
b. An approved contractor/supplier will be contacted via Anna Wyse
c. The contractor/supplier will contact you to arrange for an appointment for the service call
d. SFN will monitor the service call to make sure the issue is resolved in a timely manner.
