Career Exploration - gaining work experience

BladeRunners is an employment readiness program designed to give unemployed First Nations youth a chance to gain valuable work experience and skills training that will help them make the transition to long-term employment. Candidates must have a strong desire to enter the workforce.

 

Targeted Coast Salish Participants

All participants will have a First Nations background, be 18—30 years old, out of school, unemployed, not attached to Employment Insurance (E.I.)  A small training allowance is provided.   If you haven’t been able to make a successful transition into the workforce—then this program is for you!

· More certifications to help you gain employment

· Lifeskills

· Culture Camp

· Work Experience

· Other valuable workshops to get you ready for work
