Wellness

Wellness is a complete way of being and existing. It encompasses having a healthy mind and body, along with living a lifestyle that utilizes tools to help you maintain your health – eating right, exercising, and relieving stress. Your body and mind must unite to find a balance.
A person who is well eats properly, exercises regularly and has good relationships with others where he can vent the daily hassles in his life. Venting is a way to stay mentally healthy and release tension.
