Mike Wyse is a proud member of the Snuneymuxw First Nation and is honoured to serve our Membership on council. He sits on six committees for our nation, including Administration, Community Infrastructure and Housing, Douglas Treaty, Economic Development, Education, and Legislation and Policy (Chair). Councillor Wyse has been committed to the youth of our Nation as well as retaining our culture. He is an active sportsman who is a mentor and example to our youth in all sports as well as actively competing in war and outrigger canoe racing. Councillor Wyse has been employed for eighteen years with Fortis (formally Terasen Gas) as a Distribution Service Technician and is married to Kora and together they have three sons.
