We would like to congratulate Justice Moreno, son of Juan and Jeanette Moreno for his achievements. Justice is 15 years old and going into grade 11 at Cedar Secondary School. This year he was on the honor roll!  When speaking about his academic accomplishments, Justice says, "it comes naturally for me."  This summer he is returning to scuba camp in Victoria to learn life saving and advanced diving skills.  Justice is still working on his future plans and may be interested in attending college.
